THIRD TIMES A CHARM!!! Conrad & Sharon Maslonka were referred to us from their daughter, Cindy.  They needed to sell their home.  Comparable sales data suggested $120,000.  We listed the home for $124,900.  Sold it FULL PRICE, negotiated with the appraiser to get it appraised only to lose the buyer days before the scheduled closing date because they could not get financing.  Three weeks later we took an offer from another buyer for the same price but a higher net.  The end result: $5000 more than their expectations!  Congratulations Conrad and Sharon!!!!!
